We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and special offers.

Goods are subject to availability... The stock position relating to particular products may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you may cancel the entire order without charge. Substitute goods will not be supplied if the order is out of stock or unavailable unless agreed in advance.

Trade Prices

All published prices exclude VAT at UK rate.

Purchasing

When a buyer places an order on our website we give you a Purchase Order Number and details of the products you have ordered and we will send the same details to the buyer in an email. Where payment is not completed with order i.e. cheque we will send you a second email to confirm we have processed your order when payment has been received. Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you an e-mail, which will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will notify you also by e-mail. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will be applied when the order is accepted and will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The item ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the item information, including price or promotion
• If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you
• Security Cameras Online will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website

Distance Selling Regulations

Products offered for sale on this website are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

Cancellation

Right to cancel; Buyers have the right to cancel an order and return the products, Cancellations received will be implemented under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Returns

Warranty returns and repairs are provided under the terms of the of the products concerned, Security Cameras Online will accept returns to our registered office address, all returns must be supported by a Return Material Authorisation code (RMA) supplied by Security Cameras Online.

Refunds are provided following safe return against an RMA and only if/when the Manufacturer agrees that a refund is appropriate in favour of a replacement/repair under warranty, refunds made by Security Cameras Online will be paid by cheque or directly to the card used to make the original purchase in these circumstances.

• DOA (dead on arrival) returns must have all packaging, leaflets, fixings, plugs etc. returned with the product
• Delivery charges are non refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but refundable on satisfafactory confirmation the goods were defective due to manufacture and malious damage or otherwise. The liability for loss or damage in transit, is not the responsibility of Security Products Online and it is recommended that a signed for insured service is used
• Returns for unwanted items for credit are strictly limited to Security Cameras Online terms, unwanted goods have to be returned unopened, unused, within 7 days of delivery and are subject to rejection or a re-stocking fee if received in a non saleable state

Warranty

Warranties are provided directly by the Manufacturer on a return to base (RTB) basis and are expressly provided under the individual manufacturers terms, full up to date copies of each terms are available on request. Advanced replacements can be facilitated; all advanced returns will require payment in advance by credit card which will be refunded in full after Security cameras on line are in receipt of a credit note from the relevant Manufacturers. NOTE: as all returned goods are fully checked prior to credit, this can take 7 days. Security Cameras On Line is a distributor of the goods and makes no warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, in respect of the goods whether relating to their marketability, quality and/or fitness for purpose and/or any particular use. Security Cameras On Line will not be liable for any damages whatsoever in respect of any warranty relating to the goods, The express or implied, (other than the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979), including those of satisfactory quality and fitness for particular purpose, shall apply to the goods. Security cameras online does not represent or warrant that the goods may not be compromised or circumvented or that the goods will prevent any personal injury or property loss, burglary, robbery, fire or otherwise; or that the goods will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Buyers understands that a properly installed and maintained alarm or security system may only reduce the risk of burglary, robbery, fire or other events occurring , but it is not an insurance or guarantee that such will not occur or that there will be no personal injury or property loss as a result. These warranties are for the benefit of the buyer only and are not assignable or transferable.

Certification

All products offered for sale are marked as tested to required standards as appropriate for sale in Europe including CE, ROHS, R&TTE and are marked WEEE where appropriate, Security Cameras on line are not responsible for ensuring these tests are conducted, we choose high quality Manufactures who supply products pre tested and marked to standards as appropriate for the products offered for sale, copies of test certificates and other appropriate documents will be supplied by the Manufacturers on request.

Liability

Security Cameras Online accept no liability for losses however incurred as a result of delayed delivery, manufacturing defects, delays awaiting repair or replacement goods, Security cameras online shall not in any event be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or claims for any defective material or goods supplied, the only liability will be to repair or replace defective items within the terms of the warranty provided by the Manufacturer. The buyer shall indemnify Security cameras online against claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred by Security cameras online as a result of either claims made against Security cameras online by third parties arising out of the combination or use of the goods with any incompatible ancillary products that may be connected to the goods or any other matter for which Security cameras online would not be liable to the buyer under these terms and conditions.
